“Aging is not 'lost youth' but a new
stage of opportunity and strength.”
― Betty Friedan

My reason for creating my project and my website is because I wanted to create a hub for information regarding aging. It gives those who view my website the resources on information pertaining to this new chapter of life we all will hopefully get the chance to experience. It not only encourages people to think about older age, but it also pivots the stigma some may have over getting older (the negative connotations). I believe that aging is a privilege that not everyone gets to enjoy. I know that my views on aging have significantly changed throughout our class and throughout the making of this site. I want others to see that aging is not an end all, it is just a new chapter of our lives that we have to accept and enjoy. Aging is not a terrible thing, it is an amazing thing that brings positive experiences, relationships, and personal growth. I loved creating this site and I hope those who view it find the podcasts and videos I have used to be engaging and entertaining.

Thank you for your time :)
